A&L Junk and Rental LLC - Trailer Rental Agreement

This Trailer Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between A&L Junk and Rental LLC ("Company"), a California limited liability company, and the undersigned individual ("Renter"

1. OWNERSHIP. The trailer is, and shall remain, the property of the Company. This Agreement does not confer any ownership rights upon the Renter.

2. CONDITION. Renter acknowledges that the trailer is in good working condition and agrees to return it in the same condition. Any issues must be reported prior to use.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE. Trailer shall be used only for legal, non-hazardous transport purposes. No flammable, explosive, corrosive, or toxic materials may be hauled.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Renter agrees to obey all traffic and towing laws and assumes full responsibility for any citations, violations, or damages incurred during the rental period.

5. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY. Renter is fully responsible for the trailer while in possession. Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its owners from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, or losses arising from use or possession of the trailer.

6. DAMAGE OR THEFT. Renter agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of the trailer. In the event of theft, Renter must file a police report and notify the Company immediately.

7. LATE RETURN. Trailer must be returned on or before the agreed time. A $50 per day late fee will apply unless prior arrangements are made. Non-return within 72 hours may result in a theft report.

8. DEPOSIT. A refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit shall be returned if the trailer is returned clean and undamaged.

9. TERMINATION. Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and recover the trailer at any

time due to misuse or violation of terms.

10. NO WARRANTIES. The trailer is rented "AS IS" without warranty. The Company disclaims any implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose.

11. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kern County Small Claims or Civil Court.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No oral modifications are valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
